Valindus has acquired a controlling stake in ALUK Group through a leveraged buy-out financed by MedioCredito Italiano and Banca IMI.
Valindus is a holding that is 100% controlled by the Vidal-Revel family. Valindus produces and distributes aluminum and PVC systems for windows and doors. The group is also active in the photovoltaic and real estate industries.
ALUK Group, based in San Giovanni Lupatoto (Verona), produces aluminum windows, door profiles and accessories, with business in Italy, China, UAE and the Balkans. |
M&A International Inc.’s members in France (Aelios Finance) and Italy (Arietti & Partners) assisted Valindus in defining its acquisition strategy and identifying the target as well as advising the client on negotiating the financing and shareholders agreements for this transaction.
