Audon Partners was engaged as strategic and financial adviser to MT Højgaard in connection with the sale of the scaffolding activities in the subsidiary Ajos. The activities were sold to Ramirent Denmark.
The transaction has extended Ramirent Denmark’s product portfolio with scaffolding as well as Ajos existing scaffolding customers, and thereby strengthens Ramirents position in the Copenhagen area. The acquisition places Ramirent amongst the top 6 in the Danish scaffolding industry, which has an annual turnover of DKK 1.1 billion.
