Multinational management
M&A International Inc. is managed by an internationally composed board of directors headed by alternating European and American members as well as an executive committee. The Board of Directors is elected for one year at a time and consists of senior partners from the individual partner firms.
It is the management’s responsibility to ensure that the alliance can offer the strength of a global organisation combined with the flexibility and know-how of a local firm. The Board of Directors and the Executive Committee are composed as follows:
