Audon Partners was established in 1979, since then it has focused solely on providing advice in connection with mergers and acquisitions. We are independent of other interests such as auditing, credit granting or other advisory services which may, at times, give rise to conflicts of interest. We work under the maxim “do what you do best”, and we do so every day, every month, year in and year out.

Our clients are business owners seeking to sell their business, groups seeking to divest a subsidiary, companies seeking to acquire a business, and equity funds seeking to sell or acquire a business.
A typical transaction is worth between DKK 75 million and DKK 1.5 billion, and 90 percent of our acquisitions/sales are completed in collaboration with our international partners in M&A International Inc.
Mission
