ILVA sold to IDdesign
Audon Partners was retained as the strategic and financial adviser to Lagerinn, the main shareholder of ILVA, in connection with their sale of ILVA.
ILVA is the second largest retailer within furniture's in Denmark, with stores in Denmark, Sweden and Iceland. ILVA has about 360 employees and an annual turnover of DKK 700 million. The transaction included all ILVAs stores and activities in Denmark and Sweden.
IDdesign has by the acquisition of ILVA becomed the largest retailer within furniture’s in Denmark. IDdesign is now ready to expand to the Nordic region.
