4 subsidiaries of Parcon A/S sold to Kemira Oyj
Audon Partners was retained by the two private owners of Parcon A/S, the largest independent Danish chemical distributor, to carry out a valuation of the company, identify potential buyers and prepare for a subsequent sale.
After an internal transfer of ownership, Audon Partners assisted the remaining owner in a sale to the preferred buyer Kemira Oyj, a listed Finnish chemical producer/distributor.
The sales process, which included a complex restructuring of the deal to include certain subsidiaries, a thorough environmental and technical due diligence on four Danish locations, and negotiating exclusively with a large foreign listed buyer, resulted in a fully priced sale.
