The Private Equity fund ABN-AMRO acquires Glud & Marstrand A/S
Audon Partners was retained by the Private equity fund ABN AMRO Capital
as finansial adviser in the acquisition of the Danish retail, food and consumer products group Glud & Marstrand A/S
Secondary buy-out together with its management, from a consortium of investors (Kirkbi A/S, Axcel and Nordea Pension Danmark)
Glud & Marstrand has total sales of about EURm 215
