All of the subsidiary business units in the public company Consenta are sold
Over a period of three years the public company Consenta Holding built up a vast deficit. While the company was on the verge of a catastrophe and under immense pressure from the banks, which had large credit engagements with the company, the new top executive for the building materials company Phønix in Vejen, Knud Koch-jensen, was appointed as the new chairman of the board – seconded by former head of finance in Ferrosan, Rolf Johansen. Their task was to stop the downfall. The solution was the sale of six business units, which all ended up having a greater value on their own, than as a part of the Consenta-organisation.
Audon Partners advised Consenta’s board in connection with the sale of these six companies.
