Products are sold globally to a fragmented group of customers.
90 potential buyers were identified - 55 potential buyers were contacted.
IM's were sent out to 19 recipients - We received 4 indicative offer for the company.
After further rounds of indicative and confirmatory offers, a private Danish investor was selected, with whom we managed to close the deal in about 4 weeks.
