SystemTeknik A/S sold in a MBO
Audon Partners was retained by the owners, DACKE PMC AB, the Swedish leading supplier of hydraulic components, systems and service in Scandinavia and the Baltic countries, to divest SystemTeknik A/S as part of DACKE PMC AB’s strategy to focus their Danish operation on hydraulics through two other Danish subsidiaries.
Following a long proces involving a number of potential strategic and financial buyers from Denmark and abroad, SystemTeknik were eventually sold in a MBO supported financially by a Danish PE firm, Jysk-Fynsk Kapitalanlæg A/S.
