Audon Partners was retained to sell Skandinavisk Industriservice A/S.
Skandinavisk Industriservice A/S focus on mechanical installations, maintenance and services, industrial pipes and related constructions, industrial tanks and shutdowns.
Industries include petrochemical, utilities, tank storage facilities and pharmaceuticals in Scandinavia and UK.

- IMs were sent out to 15 recipients
- 5 management presentations were arranged
- After two rounds of indicative and confirmatory offers, Voith Industrial Services GmbH
was selected, with whom the deal was closed in about 10 weeks
